If your workshop is outside Spain, add your EU VAT number before subscribing. We check it against VIES there and then.

We sit down with you on a video call and leave it working: your site published on your own domain, with your logo, colours and photos; the services you offer, chosen together with you from the catalogue; your hours, your team and your mechanics set up; and the management panel ready to work.

What you bring: your domain, registered in your name, and your prices.

What you upload whenever you like: your customers, vehicles and history. You can import them from a file.

The price is the same for all three subscription plans. It isn't paid through this website: it's confirmed on the call, before we start.

The domain, and what doesn't cost extra

Your website is published on your own domain, for example yourworkshop.es. If you already have one, we point it at your new website at no extra cost. If not, you register it yourself.

If you don't have one, you'll need to register it: a .es or .com domain costs €10 – €15 a year, subject to availability. You register it directly with your own registrar — TallerIQ does not sell, resell or register domains.

Hosting isn't billed separately. Your public page runs on the same infrastructure as the rest of TallerIQ — same servers, same database — and is already included in your subscription. The only separate cost is the domain itself.

From the first call to invoicing: 8 to 13 working days. Build times are counted from when we have your materials, not from when you sign.

    You tell us about the workshop and what you are running now. We call you back and work out whether this fits — and say so if it does not.

    You see your site before paying anything

    We generate a mockup of your page from your name, logo and colours. It is your actual site, not a generic example.

    We send the quote

    We confirm the setup price and the monthly plan your mechanic headcount puts you on. One fixed price, in writing.

    We set it up

    In the session we publish the site, choose the services you offer together, and set up your team's accounts. If you have customers, vehicles or history in another system, you can bring them across yourself with the CSV import, before or after setup.

    What we need from you
    The logo and photos you want to use, and your prices for the services we choose together. Customer and vehicle records aren't needed for this — they're imported separately, whenever you like, from Import data.

    We show your team how to use it

    One session: check-in, work order, estimate, invoice. Run on your own vehicles rather than sample data.
