What is worth knowing before you sign up
- How often are you charged?
- Monthly or annually, your choice. The annual price above is the total for the year, not a monthly average.
- Do the prices include VAT?
- No. Prices exclude VAT, and the tax is calculated on the invoice according to your country and your VAT number. It is configured that way in Stripe: all six rates are «exclusive», meaning the price is net and tax is added.
- Can I change plan?
- At the moment we do it for you: write to us and we will apply the change. Settings → Billing shows your current plan, and if you have none yet you can subscribe there.
- And if I want to cancel?
- Also by writing to us. Before you go you can download every invoice and your complete fiscal record from Settings → Fiscal export: it leaves with you, in formats that read without TallerIQ.
- Can I sign up myself?
- Not yet. TallerIQ is bought by talking to us first: you tell us how you work, we prepare the account and hand it over ready. That is why each plan's button opens a request rather than a payment.
