Who is answerable for this data
The controller of the personal data collected through this site is the workshop identified above, not the software provider. The workshop decides what data it asks for, what it is used for, and how long it is kept.
TallerIQ acts as processor: it handles that data only on the workshop's instructions and does not use it for its own purposes.
These legal texts are supplied by TallerIQ as a template. The workshop publishes them in its own name and remains answerable to the person whose data is processed and to the supervisory authority. If the template turns out to be wrong or to have fallen out of date, that does not move the workshop's responsibility onto TallerIQ, and it does not excuse TallerIQ from fixing it: neither party may hide behind this sentence to avoid doing what is theirs to do.
This document was originally drafted in Spanish. In the event of any discrepancy between this translation and the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
1. The cookies this site uses
This site stores one cookie: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language the page is shown in. It lasts a year and identifies nobody.
Measured against the running site rather than copied from a template: it is the only one stored when you visit this page.
2. Why there is no banner
Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE requires consent except for cookies that are strictly necessary or that store a preference the user chose. The language cookie falls within that exception.
This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. There are none.
3. If you sign in
The workshop's private area, which is not part of this public site, uses technical session cookies. A visitor to this page does not receive them.
4. How to delete them
You can delete cookies and block future ones from your browser's privacy settings.
